Derry City home matches are broadcast live on BBC iPlayer
Derry City will have eight of their remaining home fixtures broadcast via BBC iPlayer, a new broadcast partnership between the BBC and the League of Ireland has announced. Matches can also be viewed on the BBC Sport website, app; Commentary for away matches will continue to be provided by BBC Radio Foyle and BBC Sounds.
Derry City are to broadcast the remaining home matches of the 2026 SSE Airtricity Men's Premier Division season live on BBC iPlayer. Under a new broadcast partnership between the BBC and the League of Ireland, the Candiestripes' eight remaining home fixtures will also be available to watch on the BBC Sport website and app.
Live commentary on the away matches where the Tiernan Lynch coach's side will step up will continue via BBC Radio Foyle and BBC Sounds. Live action begins this Friday, 12 June, when Derry City host second-placed Bohemians at Celtic Park (19:45 BST). Derry City will be looking to improve on their first league win since last April and improve on their current sixth place in the table with this away match.

League of Ireland director Mark Scanlon welcomed the partnership and said it would ensure "more fans can access and enjoy our matches than ever before". He said: "This is an inspiring step for the League of Ireland and Derry City. While continuing LOITV's global reach, this deal with BBC Sport NI will strengthen our presence in the UK market and showcase the quality of the SSE Airtricity Men's Premier Division to audiences here and abroad."
Eric White will be on commentary for this Friday's match; He will be joined by former Derry City striker Liam Coyle.
