World Cup 2026 Round of 16 Schedule: How to Watch for America, New Knockout Pairings and Broadcast Details

Out of 48 teams, 16 teams made it out — strong teams like Brazil, Canada, England and Portugal advanced with dramatic victories. The Round of 16 features hot meets like Spain-Portugal repeat, France-Paraguay clash and England's adventure in Mexico. The July 4–7 matches will be televised by Fox & Telemundo; US viewers can watch all matches in English and Spanish on Fubo.

From 48 teams to 16 — the knockout stage of the World Cup 2026 is upon us. The Round of 32 was very entertaining and theatrical: teams like Brazil, Canada, England and Portugal advanced with confidence after winning in the last minutes. Morocco and Paraguay achieved both upsets in penalty shootouts; Egypt also won on penalties to advance to the Round of 16, alongside teams like Mexico and Norway.

That round just got more interesting. If Spain and Portugal repeat the old rivalry, Lamin Yamal and Cristiano Ronaldo will be on the field with different exceptions. Kylian Mbappe's side face a big test when Paraguay face France. The battle of the Sax stars will be fierce as Erling Holland's "Viking Row" face Brazil. Harry Kane's England side face Mexico's resistance at the Estadio Azteca — the hosts' spirits are high. And the United States team comes into play against Belgium; Talks about that Belgian red card continue around the world.

Fox's main studio team is also hitting the road — the "Big Zlatan Kickoff" is happening, so fans should be ready. The winners will earn tickets to the quarterfinals to be held between July 9–11.

Broadcast Clarity for US Viewers: Every match can be watched via streaming in English and Spanish via Fubo. However, the main TV stations for American live broadcasts will be Fox and Telemundo.
